kasina's annual "Top 10 Web Sites Financial Intermediaries" report is widely recognized as the industry's most comprehensive and authoritative primary research on asset management companies' intermediary e-Business initiatives. This year's study marks the 11th year of kasina's review of Web sites geared toward financial intermediaries. The sites that comprise the Top 10 are those that allow advisors to do more with fewer clicks, such as offering analysis tools that encapsulate the entire fund universe or providing the means to order literature without entering a site's literature center.

kasina identified the 10 strongest Web sites within the intermediary channel based on a three-tier methodology that objectively measures Availability of Content, Quality of Content, and User Experience. During reviews of more than 50 asset management intermediary sites, kasina evaluated five categories of information: Branding, Online Services, Product and Performance Information, Support Content and Usability.

The 2009 study:
