You should be excited about:

• Working on consulting engagements

• Writing short briefs and periodic reports that solve problems
• Working on business development
• Developing innovative distribution and e-business strategies for asset management firms

You should also:

• Hold a degree in any field from a top-tier college or university
• Have at least 2-4 years professional experience
• Have worked for a management consulting firm, or some equivalent strategic experience
• Be a natural born leader
• Believe in corporate social responsibility
• Be active in your community (professional, social, sports, hobbies, neighborhood, or otherwise)
